Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur for a Technical and Service Head. The Technical and Service Head will oversee the technical support team, manage technical projects, ensure the delivery of high-quality services, and provide technical training to internal teams. The role involves analyzing complex technical issues, communicating effectively with clients and team members, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction.
