Job Description – Tagetik Developer / Technical Analyst

Role Overview

This is a high-growth technical role supporting enterprise finance-transformation programs. The candidate will contribute to Tagetik build activities, SQL-based data processing, and end-to-end delivery support.

Key Responsibilities

· Configure Tagetik components — data models, forms, workflows, validations, and ETL.

· Develop SQL logic for extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and data validation.

· Assist in integrating source systems and mapping GL/PC/Entity structures.

· Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

· Support UAT cycles, defect resolution, and performance optimisation.

· Maintain documentation, test logs, and design repositories.

Required Skills

· SQL knowledge — joins, aggregations, data quality checks.

· Understanding of finance data structures (TB, GL, PC, Entity).

· Solid analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

· Exposure to Tagetik/EPM tools preferred.

· Strong Excel capabilities.

Profile Fit

· B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Com with technical orientation.

· Freshers with strong logic-building aptitude or up to 2 years’ experience in SQL/EPM projects.

· High accountability and ability to thrive in a consulting delivery environment.
