Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager at our Client, your role will involve working closely with customers to ensure they derive operational value and success from our solutions. Your responsibilities post initial Go Live will include day-to-day functional, operational, and usability enablement for customers, particularly Fortune 1000 clients. Depending on your experience, your specific tasks may include: Key Responsibilities: - Acting as the primary technical advisor for assigned clients, offering guidance on best practices and proactive support to drive success with our solutions. - Collaborating with clients to understand their technical and business requirements, ensuring alignment with their goals. - Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing resolution and guidance to prevent recurrence. - Leading product onboarding, configuration, and integration efforts to ensure smooth adoption and usage, including conducting workshops and trainings for clients to increase adoption. - Ensuring onboarding, adoption, and expansion of the solution for customers during operations. - Partnering closely with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to the development of new features or solutions based on customer feedback. - Conducting regular account reviews and status meetings with customers, offering insights into product usage and providing optimization recommendations. - Creating and maintaining documentation, FAQs, and other technical resources to support self-service and client education. - Working in collaboration with sales and customer success teams to support renewals, upsells, and cross-sells by demonstrating the value and benefits of our solutions.
