Roles and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls Handle customer queries related to products/services offered by Accenture. Resolve issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints. Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle international customers effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking. Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts (if required).
