Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support for live

  web and mobile software applications

• Understand, maintain, and update existing codebases developed in React.js, Node.js, and React Native
• Implement approved enhancements, configuration changes, and bug fixes
• Modify frontend and backend files while ensuring system integrity and performance
• Assist with basic database operations, data validation, and issue resolution
• Utilize AI tools to support code analysis, debugging, optimization, and documentation
• Conduct functional testing of changes prior to deployment
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and change requests
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and system updates in a structured manner
• Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high standards of software quality

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency or working experience with

  AI-based tools

  , including but not limited to:
• ChatGPT
• GitHub Copilot or equivalent platforms
• Ability to apply AI tools for:
• Code comprehension and improvement
• Debugging and issue resolution
• Technical documentation and workflow optimization
• Strong interest in adopting emerging AI technologies to improve development and support processes
