Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for responding promptly to service requests and incidents, providing detailed solutions or escalations as needed. Your key achievements will include active participation in Change Management and Problem Management processes, contributing to the analysis of root causes of incidents. You will also be expected to monitor application performance, conduct necessary maintenance and upgrades, and perform system diagnostics, software configuration, and basic database queries to resolve issues effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on application metrics such as uptime, performance, and user satisfaction. This role requires full-time commitment on a permanent basis with a fixed shift schedule. The work location is in person, where you will collaborate with the team to ensure seamless technical support operations.,
