Skills and Tools Required: - Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to hardware and software systems. - Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools. - Proficiency in using ticketing systems and remote support tools. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with customers. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages is a plus. - Experience with network configurations and support is desirable. - Familiarity with databases and SQL can be beneficial.
