Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/BCA in IT/Computer science or any Graduate with software/technical knowledge & have relevent experience.
Responsibilities:
Technical support: Provide technical support to customers, both internal and external
Hardware and software: Assist with the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems
Documentation: Document technical procedures and processes
Training: Provide training and support to other team members
Technical improvement: Contribute to the improvement of technical systems and processes
What are we looking for?
- Fluent Communication in English and Hindi.- Preferablly has Computer Software knowledge or are curious to learn about concepts like HRMS/ Attendance/ Payroll/ Administration.- Patience and persuasive skills is a must for dealing with potential customers to convert them into clients.- Should be able to break down complex concepts and deliver it to groups and clients for demonstration.- Should be well-versed with Microsoft Office.- Individual with a collaborative approach.
