Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals. Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other networking methods to identify and engage with potential candidates. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the requirements of the role and create effective job descriptions. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to effectively attract IT talent. Reporting: Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates on recruitment activities. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the organizations culture and values to potential candidates. Offer Management: Assist in the negotiation and offer process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Qualifications: MBA degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, either in-house or in an agency setting. Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for a variety of IT roles (e.g., developers, data engineers, program/product managers, system administrators, network engineers, etc.). Strong understanding of technical skill sets and ability to assess candidates effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of the IT industry and market trends. Mandatory Skills: Corporate Co. (MANDATORY) who have handled IT recruitment. IT recruitment should be 80% and 20% can be other HR functions. Candidates should do lateral hiring (mandatory) OR max 80% lateral hiring rest 20% can be bulk or vendor support. Preferred Skills: Experience in recruiting for mid to senior-level IT roles. Technical background or IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) is a plus. Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter.
