What The Work Looks Like

Key Responsibility

• Install, configure, and maintain company products or systems at client sites.
• Manage and execute operations and service of Peppermint Robots.
• Manage and execute service, preventive maintenance and technical support related queries for Peppermint customers.
• Perform and lead robot deployments and demo including programming, training & certification of customer staff.
• Provide detailed documentation and reporting about deployments, demos and maintenance + service plans according to KRAs.
• Ensure timely resolution while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working on-site.
• Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Document service activities, including troubleshooting steps, repairs performed, and parts used.
