Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist at Leaders Access, located in Navi Mumbai's Vashi Sector 30 A. Your main responsibility will be handling full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Along with this, you will also be involved in employer branding efforts to attract top talent. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, executing recruitment plans, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
