Tech Lead

Job Summary: The Business Analyst for Commerce Systems is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the business processes and systems related to direct commerce operations. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across the organization to enhance system functionality, improve customer experiences, and support strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements for direct commerce systems enhancements and new implementations. Ability to give demos to Sales and Business. Analyze existing commerce processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization. Should be able to work with Cross functional teams like Sales, Finance, Tax, Legal & ERP. Work with UX teams to be able to design mocks and define user experience flows. Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement system solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system changes meet business needs. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting within direct commerce systems issues. Develop and maintain documentation, including system requirements, process flows, and user guides. Assist in the integration of new technologies and tools to improve commerce operations. Work with stakeholders to prioritize and manage project timelines and deliverables. Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for business decision making. Preferred Skills: Preferably in any Subscription Billing platform that run Subscriptions for channel businesses. Should pursue strong knowledge and understanding of Billing, Payment Methods, Payment Terms and Collections. Should have understanding of various subscription pricing models. Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with Jira Align, Confluence, Lucid Charts, PowerPoint (Advanced Proficiency) & Product Analytics tools.
