Job Title: Linux AdministratorRole PurposeWe are seeking a highly skilled Linux Administrator to manage and support enterprise grade Red Hat and SUSE Linux environments, oversee deployments in AWS and Azure, and ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, ITSM processes, and effective incident handling.Key ResponsibilitiesLinux Systems Management:Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES).Apply patches, updates, and security hardening.Cloud Administration:Deploy, configure, and manage workloads in AWS, GCP and Azure.Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.Monitoring Observability:Build and maintain Grafana dashboards.Integrate with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.).Incident Problem Management:Use ServiceNow for ITSM processes.Handle incidents from detection to resolution, including root cause analysis.Automation Scripting:Develop scripts (Bash, Python, Ansible) to automate operational tasks.Collaboration:Work with cross functional teams to support infrastructure and application needs.Required Skills ExperienceStrong hands on experience with RHEL and SLES administra
