Job Title: Senior SAP Basis HANA Consultant Location: TechM Hyd TMTC IT1 Years of Experience: 10 15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Basis HANA Consultant with extensive experience in SAP Basis and HANA Administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing SAP environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide consultancy services to our clients, helping them leverage SAP technologies to achieve their business objectives. Responsibilities: Provide expert consultancy on SAP Basis and HANA Administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems. Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of SAP landscapes. Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies for SAP HANA databases. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement SAP solutions that meet client requirements. Conduct system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Provide training and support to junior consultants and client staff on SAP Basis and HANA best practices. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, providing insights and recommendations to clients. Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in SAP Basis Administration and HANA Administration. Proven experience in managing SAP landscapes, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. In depth knowledge of SAP HANA database architecture and administration. Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems. Strong understanding of backup and recovery processes for SAP HANA. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and implementations. Familiarity with cloud based SAP solutions and services. Knowledge of SAP security and compliance best practices. Experience in project management and leading consultancy engagements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant SAP certifications in Basis and HANA Administration. 10 15 years of experience in SAP consultancy, with a focus on Basis and HANA. Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
