Tech Lead - PHP Developer

Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, version control systems like Git, collaboration tools like Jira or Trello, and RESTful API design and integration is essential. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required. Your key responsibilities will include leading the development team in designing, coding, testing, and deploying PHP-based web applications, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders, maintaining high code quality, designing scalable system architectures, working with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, staying updated with industry trends, and maintaining technical documentation.
