UI/UX Designer

You are a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer looking to join Augurs Technologies in Lucknow for a full-time position. Your role will involve creating user-centered designs that deliver exceptional user experiences for web and mobile applications. Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you will design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet user needs effectively. With a minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer and a strong portfolio showcasing your skills, you have a thorough understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and InVision, along with a solid grasp of visual design principles, will be essential for this role. Effective communication and collaboration skills are also required to work efficiently with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include translating user needs into user-centered design solutions by working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Conducting user research and usability testing to identify and address user pain points will be crucial. Additionally, designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to ensure a seamless user experience, maintaining brand consistency, and developing UI libraries are key aspects of the role. If you have additional skills in user interface animation principles, accessibility best practices, UX writing, or prototyping tools like After Effects or ProtoPie, it would be a plus.
