Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead (Network Security Engineer) to join our team at Swan Solutions Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network and security engineering, with 2-4 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and manage network architectures and security systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for network and security systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of network traffic and system logs to detect potential security threats.
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff members.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with security frameworks, threat modeling, and risk assessment methodologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
