Tech Lead

As a member of the Mondelz International team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business by providing excellent data models to uncover trends that can drive long-term business results. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and incubating best-in-class external partners for strategic projects - Developing custom models and algorithms to uncover signals, patterns, and trends that drive long-term business performance - Executing the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach to convey stakeholder expectations effectively To excel in this role, you should have a strong desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You must have experience in data analysis to make recommendations to senior leaders and technical expertise in analytics practices. Additionally, experience in deploying new analytical approaches in a complex organization and using analytics techniques to create business impacts is essential. As part of the Global MSC Data & Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and automating data processes to optimize Supply Chain performance. Your expertise in SAP data, cloud data engineering (especially Google Cloud Platform), data pipeline development, BI & Analytics enablement, and experience with Databricks will be crucial.
