We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead - Mainframes with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mainframe technology and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of mainframe solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Design, develop, and test mainframe applications using various technologies and tools.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of mainframe technology, including zos, zos administration, and system z.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
