Role & Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust web applications using the Laravel framework. Oversee the technical team, providing clear direction and mentoring for best practices in coding and project execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop functional specifications. Ensure high-quality code through regular code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards. Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation within the team. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Proven experience with the Laravel framework and PHP development. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in integrating third-party services. Solid knowledge of database management systems, particularly MySQL. Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Preferred Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
