Tech Lead

As a skilled Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of technology projects for our Clients. We are seeking candidates with a strong technical background and the ability to guide and lead a team effectively. With a total experience of at least 7 years and a minimum of 2 years as a Technical Lead, you will provide guidance to the team on development efforts, offer technical leadership through coaching and mentorship, delegate tasks to team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards and clean branching methodology. Your role will also involve assisting in the collection and documentation of user requirements, development of user stories, and estimates. You will analyze and resolve technical and application problems, as well as package and support the deployment of releases. Additionally, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. In terms of technical skills and tools, proficiency in Database Management (MySQL / SQL Server), Programming Languages (C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Frameworks (ASP.Net MVC, Web API, ADO.Net, LINQ, Entity Framework, Angular, SSRS, .Net Core), and Project Management (Agile methodology, Scrum framework) is required. Experience with Tools such as Visual Studio, SAS, MS Azure, and CI-CD using DevOps, as well as Version Control systems like JIRA, Git, and Bitbucket, will be beneficial.
