Tech Lead - Java Full Stack (7-10 years)
Location: Hyderabad (Immediate Joining)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our development team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership while contributing hands-on to both front-end and back-end development. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and mentor junior team members while driving technical excellence across our full stack applications using Spring Boot for backend and React.js/Angular for frontend.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and architecture of new and existing applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Angular
• Guide and mentor a team of developers while maintaining high coding standards and best practices
• Oversee the development of robust, scalable full stack solutions (Spring Boot backend and React.js/Angular frontend)
• Drive technical decision-making and provide architectural leadership on complex projects
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Implement agile methodologies and lead daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack
• Stay current with emerging technologies in both Spring ecosystem and JavaScript frameworks
• Ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (BE/B.Tech)
• 7-10 years of experience in Java full stack development
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks, specifically React.js and Angular
• Proven experience as a technical leader or in a lead developer role
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation using Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and ORM frameworks
• Experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (B.Tech/BE/ME/M.Tech/MS)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Certifications in Java (Oracle Certified Professional), Spring, or AWS
• Experience with leading distributed development teams
• Advanced knowledge of state management in React.js and Angular

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
