Job Title:Tech Lead - Gen AI Experience10-15 Years Location:HYD, WFO : Key Responsibilities: Technical LeadershipLead the design, development, and deployment of robust Python-based solutions, including AI-powered applications. Project OversightOversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with business goals. MentorshipGuide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Full-Stack DevelopmentContribute to backend (Python) and frontend (Angular) development efforts, ensuring seamless integration. AI IntegrationLeverage AI/ML expertise to implement and optimize machine learning models, enhancing product capabilities. Problem-SolvingAddress complex technical challenges and implement best practices to ensure high-quality outcomes. Qualifications: Experience8+ years of hands-on experience in Python development, with exposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Angular and modern frontend development practices. Backend Skills: Strong understanding of backend development principles and APIs, with some exposure to Java. Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams or mentoring developers in fast-paced environments. Problem-SolvingStrong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex technical problems. CommunicationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders. EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
