Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tech Lead - Electrical Engineering based in Hyderabad. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading electrical engineering projects, performing troubleshooting and diagnostics, guiding a team in design and development tasks, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality and safety standards. Daily tasks include analyzing electrical systems, leading testing activities using specialized equipment, implementing innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and enhance engineering processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Electrical Engineering, including knowledge of electricity principles and systems.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and the use of Test Equipment for diagnostics and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Soldering and related technical skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant experience in designing, implementing, and testing electrical systems or equipment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required. Advanced qualifications or equivalent industry certifications are a plus.
