Tech Lead

Your Role: - Lead a team of blockchain developers, offering technical guidance, mentorship, and support. - Design and implement blockchain solutions using platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, among others. - Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project requirements. - Develop smart contracts, decentralized applications (DApps), and blockchain protocols. - Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices. - Stay updated on the latest blockchain technologies and industry trends. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in blockchain development. - Drive innovation and contribute to the company's blockchain strategy. - Engage in the development of documentation, tutorials, and knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proficiency in blockchain technologies like Ethereum, Solidity, smart contract development, and DApp development. - Leadership experience with team management and mentorship. - Knowledge of blockchain security, cryptography, and consensus algorithms. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
