What You’ll Do:

• Help drive tech-savvy recruitment, induction, and engagement for a fast-scaling team
• Champion smart HR processes with HRMS, LMS, and modern compliance systems
• Ideate and execute digital transformation in HR using generative AI
• Take ownership of employee experience, learning, and compliance — all online
• Build systems that scale, with zero paperwork, all cloud-based
• Collaborate to build our vibrant, purpose-driven workplace culture
