The Technical Data package is created based on both Airbus Engineering and Suppliers data. More than 800 Suppliers are direct contributors to fulfill this objective. In this frame, the team is in charge of retrieving all the Supplier data for Cabin & Cargo, System Equipment, Nacelles and Engines. Our team is the interface between Airbus and its Suppliers Technical Data organization. We ensure the contractual guaranteed availability of the Supplier Maintenance and Spares data to our internal Airbus and external customers such as Airlines and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Companies. To perform this task we are in constant exchange with our Suppliers, manage the inflow of data and ensure its completeness. We also develop and rate our Suppliers to help them to grow with us and to deliver on our and our customers expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

Contribute to ensure completeness of Supplier Data for each aircraft delivery based on customer expectations.

Supplier part number management support (MG20/70/90/82 and 87)

Support supplier spares business in SID perimeter (interfaces with SATAIR/FHS/SIM .)

Interchangeability triggered by Tech Request and by Workflow

Validation of subcontractor deliverables

Interface to Airbus Engineering concerning ICY
-
Contribute to specify, define or revise the TD Product referentials (source data, format, rules, content ) in compliance with regulations and Airbus Quality requirements (PRD).

Contribute to keep processes/methods and Work Descriptions associated to supplier parts management up-to-date.

Support in managing Airbus customer queries related to supplier data in service issues

Check and incoming inspection of supplier documents

Support TDRL (Technical Data Requirement List) deployment and monitoring

Support new Supplier on-boarding
In order to fulfill this job, the following skills are required:

Technical Data (CMM/AMM/IPC) knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with experience working in Technical Data domain with exposure to IPC / AMM / CMM. Minimum 3 years of experience working in Technical Data.
