In this role, you will guide prospective learners in selecting suitable technology programs offered by upGrad and help them make informed career decisions. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Connect with prospective learners via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their educational needs and career goals. • Provide expert guidance on suitable tech programs (e.g., Software Development, Data Science, AI/ML) based on learner profiles. • Manage end-to-end sales cycle — lead generation, follow-ups, counseling, and closure. • Drive monthly revenue and enrollment targets. • Conduct in-person counseling sessions on Saturdays and Sundays at the office. • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. • Stay updated on program details, curriculum, and industry trends to provide accurate information. ⸻ Key Requirements: • Minimum 6 months of experience in EdTech sales or academic counseling (tech domain preferred). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Target-driven with a strong sales orientation. • Passionate about education, career development, and counseling. • Bachelor’s degree required; background in business or technology is an added advantage. ⸻ Work Schedule: • 6 days a week • Face-to-face counseling: Saturday and Sunday (mandatory) • Weekly off: Monday • Fixed holiday: Sunday is a working day (in-person counseling) ⸻ What We Offer: • Competitive salary and attractive performance-based incentives. • A chance to be part of India’s leading EdTech company. • Growth opportunities within a dynamic and expanding organization. • Complimentary access to upGrad learning programs.
