Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1/L2 technical support for Teamcenter Manufacturing modules and resolve user issues.
Troubleshoot errors related to Process Planning, MBOM, BOP, Work Instructions, and related manufacturing data.
Assist manufacturing engineers and planners in managing and navigating the Teamcenter Manufacturing environment.
Collaborate with the PLM Admin, IT, and Development teams to resolve complex issues.
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of Teamcenter Manufacturing updates or enhancements.
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations.
Document recurring issues, root causes, and solutions; contribute to a knowledge base for user self-service.
Support user training sessions and create user guides and support materials.
Coordinate with Siemens support for escalated issues when required.

Required Skills and Experience:

35 years of experience in Teamcenter, specifically Teamcenter Manufacturing modules.
Strong understanding of:
MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials)
BOP (Bill of Process)
Process Planning
Work Instructions Authoring
Plant Layout / Structure Management
Hands-on experience in Teamcenter UA (Unified Architecture) interface.
Good understanding of Teamcenter data model and workflow processes.
Experience in troubleshooting and log analysis (client and server-side).
Familiarity with basic BMIDE concepts and configuration is a plus.
Experience with PLM use in discrete manufacturing environments (Automotive, Aerospace, etc.).
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
