Job Description

Teamcenter Delivery Manager & Program Manager (1 position each)

Exp - 18+yrs

Job location - BLR / Chennai / HYD / Mumbai / Pune / Mysore / Baroda

Min 15 Years of experience handling large PLM engagements
Must have led at least 2 large Teamcenter engagements of 25-50 FTE
Drive Automation initiatives to improvement productivity and project CM
Should have strong experience in leading teams to deliver offshore projects.
Ability to build strong team in remote conditions
Should have ability to identify and select right talent
Implements and maintains the needs to ensure teams are appropriately resourced to deliver the services
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience of managing and mentoring Team Managers and ensuring the appropriate and relevant internal governance mechanisms are in place.
Must have exposure of PLM implementation/support in various Industry sector
PMP/PgMP certified is highly desirable
Ability to work with multiple Vertical and Horizontals and managing internal complexity is key success factor for this role
Pyramid Management, Attrition Control, Financial Forecast

Technical Skills:
1) Experience handling large scale Teamcenter programs is desirable.

2) Technical inclination/ understanding to drive the team to recognize and identify trends and issues and drive Service Improvement ideas and implementations
