Job Description

The position is accountable for carrying out New Product & Services implementation activities, Tariff Configuration, and Network Testing. Responsibilities include: - Monitoring internal compliance - Evaluating conceptual requirements raised by business units - Assessing risks covering revenue, customer satisfaction, regulatory aspects, and processes - Evaluating Network requirements from Retail/Interconnect perspective - Understanding product concepts and assessing Network Architectures, Call Processing Logics, and Integration with existing IT & Other Network Elements - Contemplating Test Scenarios based on Call flows and Network Architecture - Validating test scenarios output to ensure alignment with expected outcomes - Having in-depth knowledge of Wireline data/Wireline switches regarding CDR legs and its parameters generation - Ensuring proper usage type values stamping in AMD depending upon the call type - Coordinating with cross-functional teams and escalating any deviations - Validating agreements with partners related to Interconnect/Roaming - Involving in Swap of Network elements for hassle-free service launch - Documenting and training RA operations resources for smooth hand-over post clearance General duties involve: - Ensuring SLA adherence for NPI projects/products - Maintaining highest quality standards in output - Avoiding observation lapses leading to revenue loss - Reporting and escalating to Senior Management regarding bottlenecks/slippages Key Result Areas include: - NPI approvals within TAT for Business & IT - Tariff configuration approval - Accuracy in defect identification - Necessary Preferred Skills/ Capabilities and competencies: - Knowledge of Telecom and Service Industry - Analytical thinking & reasoning skills - Good communication & co-ordination skills - Ability to identify potential risks - Proficiency in MS-Excel/SQL/Oracle Qualifications: - MBA / B Tech / B Com Qualified - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience - Behavioural Attributes: - Team Player - Strong Organization and Time Management Skills - Excellent Communication Skills - Outgoing and confident personality - Pro-active with an audit mindset Preferred Industry: Telecom IT About the Company: Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS), part of the Tata Group of Companies, is a leading enabler of connectivity and communication solutions for businesses in India.
