Team Member - Strategy and PMO

In this role, as a Strategy professional at Cipla, your main focus will be on developing mid to long-term strategies and identifying newer areas for profitable growth in international markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing new market opportunities, strategic initiatives, business development, competitive landscape, and cross-business segment opportunities. - Creating a 3-year growth plan for Cipla EMEUs, including a detailed market plan for the top 5-10 markets. - Identifying and evaluating opportunities that could significantly impact Cipla's growth and profitability in international markets. - Overseeing the implementation of corporate strategy and business unit-specific strategies across different geographies to ensure continued profitability. You will also be required to: - Provide an external benchmarking perspective by assessing best practices and supporting internal stakeholders in reviewing and recommending changes to existing strategies. - Collaborate with industry experts/consultants to gain insights within the pharma and allied industries. - Drive critical projects at EM&EU and collaborate with the Central/Global team as necessary. - Execute and track key projects, identify developmental needs, and facilitate capacity building within functional teams. - Partner with functional teams on special projects to identify new opportunities, work with external consultants, monitor project progress, and manage cross-functional stakeholders. Additionally, you will work on: - Collaborating with the Business team to explore newer markets, opportunities in existing markets, and new therapy/product segments. - Evaluating and mapping new opportunities in each market/region for a meaningful play in segments like OTC and diagnostics. - Supporting various initiatives and ensuring their successful implementation. Your role will also involve governance responsibilities, including: - Providing oversight of various initiatives and ensuring their successful implementation. - Supporting the Region Head, Head Business Strategy, and the ILT Leadership team in monthly/quarterly governance forums. - Engaging with the CEO and Leadership team to define priorities for each month/quarter and tracking the progress of work streams.
