Position Purpose

Position shall support in the ESG Assessment and activities related to sustainability and governance.

Strategic Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

  • Support in the environment, sustainability and governance related assessment.
  • Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks related to the sustainability.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company related to sustainability reforms.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.

Financial Responsibilities

Ensure complying with the annual budgets

People Responsibilities

  • Engage with the stakeholders and work on company’s future outlook, present stability, and environmental impact.
  • Provide support to all leaders in developing, implementing and monitoring company or organisational environmental strategies.

Education Qualification

  • Master's Degree in Sustainability and Business Administration
  • Industry Certification
  • Knowledge of business and management

1-2 years

  • Proven experience as compliance manager
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • Business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
  • Identifying CSR risks and upholding ethical standards.
  • Knowledge of CSR laws and regulatory frameworks.
  • Managing CSR budgets and ensuring transparent utilization.
  • Planning and implementing impactful CSR initiatives.
  • Preparing statutory and internal CSR reports.
  • Engaging NGOs, government bodies, and internal teams.
