Job Description

Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Responsible for greeting customer, assisting with menu or products, sensitize customer for new products, assisting with bill payments, taking feedbacks. Product Knowledge: It is mandatory for a crew member to have knowledge about all the products served in Menu as well on shelf to help customers with better understanding of ingredients and products available. Service Efficiency: An effective service leads to satisfied customer as well as a repetitive footfall hence accuracy and delighted service is a must for a happy customer. Hygiene & Presentation: Highly responsible for personal grooming, self-hygiene, FOH hygiene, responsible for cleanliness of shelves & packed product, counter, machinery & equipment’s, glass A-Z outlet, floor mopping & deep cleaning etc. if required & if part of outlet. Compliance with SOP’s: To adhere to company SOP’s and to follow them strictly, in order to achieve excellence in all the required parameters.
