About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Documentation Specialist (Individual Contributor) to join our Operations team in Hyderabad.
The role involves creating and managing technical and business documentation related to data pipelines, data flow processes, and business review documents (BRDs).
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical writing, a clear understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes, and the ability to convert complex data insights into structured, easy-to-understand documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Create, review, and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines, systems, and workflows.
Develop and maintain Business Review Documents (BRDs) and other operational documentation.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and operations teams to gather information and create clear, structured documentation.
Understand end-to-end data flow and processes to create accurate, detailed documentation.
Ensure all documents adhere to quality, consistency, and formatting standards.
Required Skill Set
Strong experience in Technical Documentation and Data Pipeline Documentation.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
Understanding of ETL, data flow, and analytics processes.
Experience in writing Business Review Documents (BRDs) and process documents.
Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor in a fast-paced environment.
Support audits, business reviews, and process improvement initiatives through documentation excellence.
