Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Team Manager to lead our Social Media team. The ideal candidate should have at least 8-13 years of experience in social media management and a proven track record of managing and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Manage a team of social media specialists and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their targets
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms and provide recommendations to improve our social media presence
Ensure that the team is meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time
Report on team performance and provide regular updates to senior management

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 8-13 years of experience in social media management
Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends
Experience in developing and executing social media strategies
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience in reporting and analyzing social media metrics
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
