Experience Required: 6+ years as a Manager in Sales domain (not showroom/retail)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Team Manager – Sales & Compliance to lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should come with prior managerial experience in service-based sales, or similar domains and possess strong communication and compliance management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative and solution-based selling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and client agreements.
• Set sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting to management.
• Develop sales strategies to enhance pipeline and conversion.
• Train, coach, and mentor the team to improve productivity and professionalism.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Compliance) to deliver client satisfaction.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client issues.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager/Team Manager in B2B, or service-based sales.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, compliance, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and MS Office.
