Job Description

The Team Manager role in the Media & Entertainment domain focuses on maximizing advertising revenue across all formats. You will collaborate with operational departments to build profitable, long-term relationships with agencies and advertisers. Your role includes leading a team to ensure exceptional representation and pitching to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee all forms of digital advertising revenue generation. - Collaborate with operations departments to construct profitable long-term relationships with agencies and advertisers. - Help define and articulate all digital & linear ad opportunities available. - Supervise the selling and administration of relevant ad products. - Lead and develop a team of Leads, Executives, and Assistants. - Ensure all sales output from the team is supervised effectively. - Ensure sales proposals are of high quality and maximize investment from agencies. - Provide genuine insight into the overall sales strategy. - Contribute to the day-to-day sales output. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree. - Proven experience in digital and linear advertising sales. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of digital ad products and market trends.
