Job Description

The Team Manager position in the Media & Entertainment domain based in Chennai and reporting to the SDM with a UK shift requires 7-9 years of experience. The primary focus of this role is to maximize advertising revenue across all formats by collaborating with operational departments to establish profitable, long-term relationships with agencies and advertisers. The Team Manager is also responsible for leading a team to ensure exceptional representation and pitching to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing all forms of digital advertising revenue generation. - Collaborating with operational departments to build profitable, long-term relationships. - Defining and articulating all digital & linear ad opportunities available. - Supervising the selling and administration of relevant ad products. - Leading and developing a team of Leads, Executives, and Assistants. - Ensuring high-quality sales proposals to maximize agency investments. - Providing insight into the overall sales strategy and contributing to the day-to-day sales output. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree. - Proven experience in digital and linear advertising sales. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of digital ad products and market trends.
