Who Are We Looking For? We seek a Customer Service Leader with 5+ years of experience , including 2+ years in a leadership/SME role . Strong communication in Hindi & English is required; knowledge of a South Indian language is a plus. Key Responsibilities Lead & mentor a team of Customer Service Executives. Handle escalations and ensure SLA adherence across calls, emails, and chat. Conduct training sessions and improve team performance through feedback. Oversee welcome calls, query resolution, and customer interactions . Analyze and categorize customer feedback for process improvements. Ensure CRM documentation and compliance with service protocols. Key Skills & Qualifications 5+ years in Customer Service, 2+ years in leadership/SME role . Strong people management, problem-solving, and escalation handling .
