What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team for US Energy Voice Process.
• Manage daily operations with a strong focus on achieving your and teams targets.
• Ensure the delivery of the team’s and your own daily and monthly targets to maintain client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Handle escalations and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 4years of experience

  in

  US Energy Voice Process

  or Telecom Voice Process

  (BPO preferred).

• Proven track record in team leadership and target achievement.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
• Flexibility to work in US shift timing.
