Manage daily operations with a strong focus on achieving team targets and KPIs. Ensure the delivery of the team’s and your own daily and monthly targets to maintain client satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Analyse performance reports, track progress, and implement improvement plans. Handle escalations and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork. What You’ll Bring: 4–6 years of experience in US Energy Voice Process or Telecom Voice Process (BPO/KPO preferred). Proven track record in team leadership and target achievement. Excellent communication and client-handling skills in English. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
