Team Leader/Supervisor

As an experienced candidate with 2-3 years of experience in US Process, your role will involve supervising and supporting team members in their daily operations. You will delegate tasks, set clear team goals and deadlines, and monitor team performance by reporting on metrics. Providing feedback, coaching, and training to team members will be essential to ensure their professional growth.
