Team Leader/AM - Operations (Telesales )

Title: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager - Operations 

Experience Required: 5-12 yrs

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate 

Role Description: 

1) Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically 

2) Manage relationships with different departments to assist in smooth and effective functioning of the

department 

3) Communicate effectively and ensure teams are abreast on all product updates and of any changes in the

process 

4) Proactively work towards identification and solution of potential service delivery issues 

5) Provide quick and alternative ways and solutions to resolve any operational issues 

6) Responsible for managing attrition within specified limits. 

7) Maintain and analyze performance to ensure constant improvement 

8) Monitor and conduct performance review with respective team members on daily/weekly/monthly basis 

9) Constantly guide and motivate team members to better performance and improve working environment. 

10) Enable better performance / growth readiness for team members through coaching & mentoring 

11) Ensure a minimum number of training hours per person in a given period - as either refresher training, new

product, soft skills or behavioral. 

Skills Required 

1) Should be able to effectively communicate the purpose of their company to both employees and

customers. 

2) Must be able to follow the directions of upper management, and possess strong leadership and organization

skills themselves. 

3) A high degree of operational excellence with an interest to do repetitive and detailed work. 

4) Strong Organizational skills in planning work and managing data.
