Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the team and projects, as well as handling client communication. It is essential to possess strong interpersonal skills and a solid business acumen to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in audit preparation as needed. - Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs. - Prepare tax documents. - Compile and analyze financial statements. - Manage budgeting and forecasting. - Communicate effectively with clients. - Keep track of deadlines and tasks specified by the client. - Allocate tasks to the team. - Resolve queries of team members. - Prepare and review SOPs. - Review accounts. - Handle monthly client meetings. - Perform any other duties as required. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in US Accounting process. - 2+ years of experience in a managerial role within the US Accounting process. - CA/CPA preferred. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
