Team Leader_US Accounting

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the team, projects, and client communication. Your role will involve participating in audit preparation, creating ad-hoc reports, preparing tax documents, compiling and analyzing financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting, communicating with clients, tracking deadlines and tasks, allocating tasks to the team, resolving team members" queries, preparing and reviewing SOPs, reviewing accounts, handling monthly client meetings, and other duties as required. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in audit preparation as needed - Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs - Prepare tax documents - Compile and analyze financial statements - Manage budgeting and forecasting - Communicate with clients - Keep track of deadlines and tasks mentioned by the client - Allocate tasks to the team - Resolve queries of team members - Prepare and review SOPs - Review accounts - Handle monthly client meetings - Perform Accounting functions using software such as Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks desktop, Sage - Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive) Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in US Accounting process - 2+ years of experience in a managerial role in US Accounting process - CA/ CPA preferred - Excellent communication skills - Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
