We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Team Leader to manage and guide our academic counseling team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling or business development in the study abroad sector, with proven leadership skills to drive performance and ensure exceptional service delivery to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of academic counselors.
- Set performance goals and monitor team KPIs (leads, conversions, closures).
- Assist the team with complex student queries and provide escalation support.
- Train and onboard new team members to ensure process alignment.
- Ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment.
- Coordinate with marketing, admissions, and documentation teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track team productivity and provide regular performance feedback.
- Maintain CRM updates and reporting.
- Stay updated on study abroad destinations, universities, courses, and visa processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
