Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Team Leader - US Process. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading and coordinating team activities, and ensuring the team meets organizational goals. Key responsibilities include supervising team performance, providing feedback and coaching, handling escalations, and liaising with stakeholders to align team efforts with company objectives. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics and implementing process improvements.
