  • Lead and manage a team handling complex insurance or BPO processes
  • Drive team performance through coaching, monitoring, and structured reviews
  • Ensure process compliance, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Support escalations, reporting, and continuous process improvements

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Team Leader
  • Prior experience in P&C insurance or complex international processes
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability in process improvement and performance management

Preferred Industry Background:

  • Property and Casualty Insurance
  • BPO/KPO – Voice or Non-Voice (International)
