Team Leader & Sr. B2B Travel Consultant Europe Specialist

As a part of Vaayutrip Pvt. Ltd., you will be joining a dynamic team of passionate travel professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include handling B2B travel queries for outbound Europe tours, leading and guiding the team towards achieving business targets, coordinating with global suppliers and partners for seamless bookings and reservations, preparing competitive quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals for agents, building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth, providing end-to-end support from inquiry to post-travel assistance, and staying updated with travel trends, destination knowledge, and visa requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Handle B2B travel queries for outbound Europe tours (FIT & GIT: hotels, packages, etc.) - Lead and guide the team to achieve business targets - Coordinate with global suppliers and partners for seamless bookings & reservations - Prepare competitive quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals for agents - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth - Provide end-to-end support from inquiry to post-travel assistance - Stay updated with travel trends, destination knowledge, and visa requirements Qualifications Required: - Prior B2B experience in Europe travel (mandatory) - Strong knowledge of destinations, itineraries & vendor coordination - Excellent communication, negotiation & attention to detail - Leadership & team-handling experience (for Team Leader role) If you are passionate about travel and keen on growing your career with a fast-expanding company, Vaayutrip is the perfect place for you to create unforgettable journeys.
